AMSWin 2.0

AMSWin software was at one time specifically designed for the use exclusively by Amsoil dealers. Over the next year it will evolve into much, more. But for now, It allows as always, the AMSOIL Dealers/Business owners to manage their Customers, Dealers, Preferred Customers, Inventory, Orders and Other Business in a way that assures a manageable and efficient operation. It provides detailed reports that give the dealer a vivid picture of the status of the business.
AMSWin allows you to track customers in a wide variety of ways. You can track by business, personal name or account number. AMSWin can also store the address, five phone numbers, two birthdays and an e-mail address of each of your customers. Tax numbers are auto-printed on tax exempt invoices, and you can track your sales by checking the current balance due, date of last transaction and a follow-up date.
AMSWin comes with a database of most AMSOIL products and their commercial and on-the-shelf prices included. Price updates can be downloaded from the AMSWin website. AMSWin even makes it easy to add new items or edit existing ones. Mass changes to customer prices can be made based on the percent of suggested retail or freight costs.
There are up to six status codes per customer for sales and reporting, and you don’t have to switch back and forth from tracking to sales screens by exiting because the program will go directly there for you.
